Shipping Policy

Shipping for all items takes 5-7 days in the United States, and 7-10 days internationally. International shipping carries a fee. We are not responsible for any extra customs charges that are charged to the recipient of the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

If an item is damaged or not as described, the customer can email us at arachnidclothingandaccessories@gmail.com. After it is confirmed by our team, the customer can send the item back and receive a refund. Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping label and fees.
